AICMS — Advance Institute of Cosmetic Medicine and Surgery — is a Pune-based centre of excellence in aesthetic medical education, established with a clear and unwavering purpose: to raise the standard of cosmetic medicine training in India.
In an industry that is growing rapidly but remains largely unregulated in terms of training quality, AICMS was founded to be different. We are not a certification mill. We are not a weekend workshop that hands out diplomas without accountability. We are a structured, faculty-led academic institution where clinical rigour, international benchmarking, and genuine skill-building are non-negotiable.

AICMS was founded by Dr. Aishwarya A. Gangawane — a board-certified maxillofacial and cosmetic surgeon with international fellowships from Sweden, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Her vision was not simply to create another training centre, but to build an institution that could stand confidently alongside the world’s best aesthetic education programs.
That vision shaped everything — from how we design our curriculum and select our faculty, to how we assess our students and support them after graduation.
