Dr. Aishwarya A. Gangawane is one of India’s most accomplished and internationally recognised aesthetic medical professionals — a board-certified maxillofacial and cosmetic surgeon whose career spans clinical practice, academic leadership, and global aesthetic training. As the Founder, Director, and Academic Head of AICMS — Advance Institute of Cosmetic Medicine and Surgery — she has built an institution that reflects everything she stands for: precision, credibility, and an uncompromising commitment to clinical excellence.

As Academic Head, Dr. Aishwarya personally oversees the design and delivery of every program at AICMS ensuring that course content is clinically current, internationally aligned, and ethically sound. She chairs the institute’s eligibility frameworks, which clearly define which qualifications are required for which procedures a decision rooted not in exclusivity but in patient safety and clinical responsibility.
